Mr. Prem Bahadur Tamang, the Managing Director of Sole Encounters Trekking is involving in the tourism business since 2000 starting his carrier as a trekking porter. With more than 23 years of experienced in the Tourism industry, Prem started his journey as a porter in 2001 and worked his way up to become a highly skilled trekking guide. He has completed numerous treks in major destinations, including All the reasons the Everest, Annapurna, and Langtang regions, and has become a well-known name in the industry.
Prem's dedication to providing exceptional service to his clients and ensuring their safety throughout the trek has earned him a reputation for excellence. He has completed various training programs to enhance his skills and expertise, including a trekking guide course from Nepal Academy of Tourism Management, rescue training, basic peak climbing, and first aid training.
After years of working in the industry, Prem has now established his own trekking agency with a focus on providing personalized services and promoting responsible tourism that benefits the local community.
