Today begins with breakfast followed by a guided tour of Kathmandu's historic and cultural monuments, recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Your itinerary includes visits to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple. In the evening, you can wander through Kathmandu's lively streets and chat with the locals. Return to your hotel for the night to prepare for the Mustang tour.

This morning, we leave Kathmandu valley behind. After breakfast, your guide will meet you for the drive to Pokhara. The route along the Prithvi Highway provides captivating views of the Nepali countryside. For most of the journey, we will travel alongside the Trishuli River, passing terraced farms, traditional villages, and lush green hills. We’ll also drive by a rafting spot. After about six hours, we reach the picturesque city of Pokhara. After checking into the hotel and refreshing, you can enjoy a relaxed exploration of Lakeside Pokhara. The clear air, calm lake, and stunning mountain backdrop create a perfect setting. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel in Pokhara, we embark on our journey to Mustang. The first leg of our drive takes us west to the town of Beni on a smooth black top road. From Beni, we transition to an off-road path, following the Kali Gandaki River through the world’s deepest gorge, nestled between Dhaulagiri (8,167 m) and Annapurna I (8,091 m).
After 6-7 hours of driving, we arrive in the small town of Tatopani, famous for its natural hot springs. Here, you can relax and enjoy local activities. We stay overnight in a lodge with attached bathrooms, enjoying delicious meals throughout the day.

Explore the local town of Muktinath and the Buddhist monastery in Jharkot, with stunning views of Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, and Tukuche Peak. Return to Kagbeni for an overnight stay.

Enjoy stunning landscapes from Syngboche and other spots. This private trip allows for flexible stops to take pictures and observe local Tibetan culture, farmer houses, yaks, and daily activities.

Explore Lo-Mangthang city, including "Jampa Gompa" (the oldest monastery, built in the early 15th century, also known as the "God house"), "Thubchen Gompa" (a large red assembly hall and gompa from the late 15th century), "Chodey Gompa" (the main city gompa), and the Monastic Museum. Observe domestic yaks and cattle caravans, enjoy stunning mountain views and landscapes from the passes, and immerse yourself in local activities, Buddhist art, and the king's palace in Lo-Mangthang

After breakfast, explore Namgyal Gompa and the sky caves of Chhosar, including the ancient Shija Jhong cave, which dates back over 3,000 years and has attracted archaeologists worldwide. Nearby caves have been used for burial, meditation, and living. Sky burials are still practiced in Upper Mustang, particularly in Chhosar and nearby villages. After sightseeing, return to the guesthouse by jeep.
(Note: Foreigners are not allowed to reach the Korala border under the new Nepal Government policy. However, you can visit Chhosar village, approximately 8 km from the border.)
